We process all orders within 1 to 2 business days. Your order will then be shipped, with total delivery expected within 5 to 10 business days from the date of your order.
If a product is on backorder, we will notify you within 48 hours of placing your order. You may then choose to cancel the order and receive a full refund.
Free shipping applies to orders over R750. Shipping fees for orders below this amount will be calculated at checkout.
